Information Collection and Use
This privacy statement highlights parts of a broader privacy policy described in detail in the Celeriac Systems' "Terms of Service" document relating to the FeedbackAgent software, services and website ("FeedbackAgent"). This statement and "Terms of Service" apply solely to information collected between Celeriac Systems ("we") and its paying customers ("our customers"). This statement does not apply to the visitors, respondents or providers of feedback in sites using FeedbackAgent ("their customers"). These visitors or respondents are governed by the privacy policy of the company on whose site there is a link to FeebackAgent. We encourage the respondents to read the privacy policy of each web site.

Please be aware that Celeriac Systems is not responsible for the privacy practices of its customers' sites. The information collected directly on the FeedbackAgent site (not through links to FeedbackAgent) from visitors to our site expressing interest in our product, is for the purpose of providing them the requested informational materials about FeedbackAgent. This information is for internal use and will not be sold or shared with any third party.

Registration
In order to use FeedbackAgent, a prospect must first complete the registration form and open an account. During registration, prospects are required to give their contact information (such as name, company name, address, phone and email address) as well as billing and technical contact information. This information is used to contact the prospects about FeedbackAgent's services for which they have expressed interest, providing them with the "Terms of Service", and for setting up an account to access our software. If we suspect that the information provided by a prospect is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Celeriac Systems has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to its software and services.

Cookies & Log Files
We use IP addresses and cookies only for our customers to identify a customer's session, authenticate their accounts, to remember our customers across connections and in order to administer FeedbackAgent. Once the customer closes his browser or is inactive for one hour the cookie expires. 

Links
FeedbackAgent contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Celeriac Systems is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our customers and visitors to be aware when they leave FeedbackAgent and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Surveys
From time-to-time we requests information from our customers and visitors via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the FeedbackAgent site.

Communication
We send all our new customers a welcoming email to verify their e-mail address and to provide them a link to establish their password. Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option to not receive these types of communications. We also send our customers site and service announcement updates. Customers are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with our customers to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
